Tomatoes, olives and rosemary Foccacia.

  This is an easy recipe that will conquer your guests hearts!

  Ingredients

  750 mg of all purpose flour

  310 ml of warm water

  15 ml of quick rise yeast

  45 ml organic honey
  12 cherry tomatoes
  12 black olives
  

  5 ml chopped rosemary

  sea salt

  15 ml of olive oïl
  
  
  

  Instructions:

  1. With your dow mixer, mix the flour, the yeast, the water and the honey. Mix and knead for 10 minutes.
  2. In a oiled bowl, put your dough, cover with a cellophane paper, a towel and let rise for 90 minutes.
  3. Put oïl in the bottom of a cooking pan -  9" x12" - and spread the sea salt over the oil. Next, put in your dough that you have spread to fit the pan. Push in your dough the tomatoes and your olives. Drizzle some olive oil over your dough and spread your rosemary over it. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  4. Put in the over at 350F for 30 minutes, or until it has a nice colored yellow - brown. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. You can serve it with balsamic vinegar and a good quality olive oil.
